The most suitable candidates are taken to the next step in the process, in-depth interviews conducted by our experienced consultants.
We use a structured and competence based interview method, making sure the candidates match the set up criteria in the requirement specification. The senior consultant always get a second opinion from our internal reference group, this step making sure only the very best candidates are forwarded on to the next step in the process. The fact that several people from Human Search are involved in the selection process improves the quality even further in the project.
