At Human Search we are specialists in headhunting and executive search. This means that we map, contact and attract the best candidates, directly from relevant companies, for the most difficult positions in all industries. And we do this in a fast and effective way. In only 20 or 30 working days we present candidates with the right expertise and experience that match your requirements. Human Search always strives to maintain a close and open dialogue with our clients during the process. We therefore conduct a short telephone tuning once a week where we update you on the progress of the search. The consultants at Human Search all have academic education and many years of experience in recruitment, personal assessment and headhunting from various competence fields and businesses.
Requirement Specification
We meet the client to discuss in detail the requirements and preconditions that apply to the specific position. In order to ensure that we have understood your business and recruitment needs correctly, we will confirm all documentation concerning the position in writing. An approved requirement specification is the platform for our search.
Comprehensive mapping
Based on the approved profile, we identify where the right candidates are employed today. It is a real detective work which requires patience, creativity and a deep understanding of the industry in question.
The Candidates
Headhunting straight from our client’s competitors we find the most qualified candidates for the position, but also by using other creative ways of finding the right competence. On average we map and contact between 50-200 candidates in each specific assignment, this to make sure we really find the best available candidates in the market.

The most suitable candidates are taken to the next step in the process, in-depth interviews conducted by our experienced consultants.
Presentation
From our analysis of the candidates we make a selection of the most suitable candidates and present them both orally and in writing to the client.
Personal Meetings
The hardest part of recruitment is now solved in only 20 or 30 days - finding and attracting the right candidates. Now it is time for the client to meet with the selected candidates. We help you with all the next steps, provide references upon request. Our consultants will assist you as efficiently as possible in order for you to close the position swiftly
