In the challenging year of 2020 it is great to celebrate a second tenth anniversary of an employee, says Managing Partner of Human Search and Taplow Russia, Henric Nilsson. Senior Consultant Maria Mikhaylova started in Human Search in December 2010, and since 2017 she is also Deputy Team Leader. Maria is an excellent example of how people in our company grow. Thanks to their ambition, hard work and passion for developing with our uniquely pro-active search process, adds Team Leader Kristina Amelina. Maria has done a lot of successful projects in the different regions of Russia, the Baltic States and the CIS as well as broad international assignments. Maria says that the cooperation with every client is a unique experience, that always lets her dive into new market spheres and learn something new: “I am proud to be a part of Human Search with such active and dedicated people”. A client recently commented about Maria that she always does her job with endurance and persistence. Maria confirms, “yes I always try to stay persistent.
